"Kyle Richards made the process of selling our house as easy as it is possible to make it. She really knows the house and in particular she is an expert on and selling Victorian homes, such as ours. From our first meeting with her we were both confident of her expertise and comfortable working with her. She toured our house with us and suggested things that we could do to improve our price and discussed suggestions we had for improvements.
