About Kyle
Nicknamed “Suits” by some of his colleagues for his love of negotiations and advocacy, Kyle comes to Compass with a polished and unique perspective when it comes to Real Estate.
Kyle’s entire life story can be summed up fairly simply. A gritty, self-starting, outside the box thinker who loves to win and hates to lose.
Growing up in a family of 5, Kyle was the oldest and the big brother of his family. His mother worked as a bank teller and manager, while his father built a career in high end outdoor landscaping, regularly enlisting Kyle as unpaid labor for his at home escapades. New Jersey was his home state, born and mostly raised in the rural Hunterdon County. At the age of 9, Kyle had his first experience with Real Estate. His parents had bought a beautiful home in Kingwood Township, New Jersey. 3 Acres, modern updates, a true location to setup roots for his growing family. 3 years later, that same home was put back on the market at significantly less than what his parents had paid for it. The 2008 housing crash rippled through the lives of many, and his family was not sparred.
This being his first taste of what Real Estate is, experiencing this highs and lows at a young age, sparked a fire that will burn till his last day. He prides himself on being unconventional and gritty, traits that are sparse in the modern day atmosphere of Real Estate.
