Kyleen Smith

Kyleen Smith is an ambitious real estate professional. Whether it is your first, fifth, or forever New York City home, Kyleen helps her clients with a detail-oriented, patient, warm, friendly attitude. A blend of small-town Wyoming charm mixed with New York City hustle, Kyleen wants to get to know her clients so that she can provide them with a personalized, tailored, and most importantly, as stress-free as possible, experience. Kyleen has worked in radio advertising sales, hospitality, education, childcare, and even started her own private swim instruction business. However, acting is what brought Kyleen to the city through residency programs with the Open Jar Institute and Stella Adler Conservatory of Acting. Her acting career has taken her all over the country, but New York City has been home for the last seven years. Exploring the city and all of its different personalities is one of Kyleen's passions and she lends that love of New York to her clients to help them find a neighborhood and home that fits their lifestyles and goals. Kyleen attended Casper College, in Casper, Wyoming as a Patron Scholar and finished her degree in Theatre at Minnesota State University, Mankato. She currently lives in Bushwick with her ginger cat Gideon. When Kyleen is not working, she is trying to find her new favorite restaurant, seeing live theatre as often as she can, reading on the subway, playing or coaching volleyball, and walking through Central or Prospect Park.
