Kylie Fink

Kylie has a knack for helping clients find the perfect fit. It’s a skill she honed while running a business that connected families with prospective child care providers early in her career, and which she now uses to match home buyers and sellers along the Treasure Coast. 

“I put a big focus on cultivating relationships, and understanding my clients’ needs and goals,” she says. “I listen and focus on details to ultimately help my clients understand the importance of each step in achieving a successful transaction.” 

Kylie joined Compass Florida in July 2026 after a successful ten-year career with a high-volume real estate firm in southeastern Florida. A resident of Stuart, she serves clients across Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Palm Beach counties. 

Born and raised in Texas, Kylie learned what makes a home appealing to buyers by doing renovation work alongside her father, a real estate investor. “I have a keen eye for detail,” she observes. “I help sellers see certain things they could do to increase their home value and ultimately find the right buyer, which other realtors might miss.” Kylie’s ability to form trusting relationships with clients was evident as she was building her real estate career, when clients for whom she had found rental homes routinely came back to her when they were ready to buy. Along with her husband Sean and young son David, Kylie enjoys exercising and relaxing at Stuart and Hobe Sound Beach – allowing her to share firsthand testimonials with clients about the magnificence of the Treasure Coast.
