About Kyndle

Kyndle Lee is an Air Force veteran specializing in ranch and land sales across Central Texas. Her journey into real estate is grounded in respect, service, and legacy. She also proudly serves military families and veterans in both residential and land transactions, bringing a disciplined, strategic approach shaped by her own experience navigating major life transitions. Known for her clear communication and detail-oriented approach, Kyndle helps clients move with confidence—whether buying a first home, acquiring land, or planning generationally.

Born and raised in Wichita Falls, Texas, Kyndle spent her formative years immersed in the values of hard work, responsibility, and resilience that define much of the State. At nineteen, she left home to serve in the United States Air Force, a decision that would profoundly shape her approach to both life and business.

Stationed in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Kyndle served as an Armament Specialist, responsible for loading and unloading bombs and missiles and performing routine maintenance on various military aircraft, including the F-16, F-15, A-10, and C-130. The role demanded absolute precision, composure under pressure, and trust, reinforcing an understanding that when the stakes are high, details matter and preparation is everything. In April of 2019, after six years of service, Kyndle separated from the Air Force as a Staff Sergeant to pursue higher education.

Following her military service, Kyndle relocated to Fort Collins, Colorado. In August 2019, she began taking classes at Colorado State University, where she earned a degree in Business Management along with a certification in Entrepreneurship. During her junior year, Kyndle was selected as one of five students hired into Colorado State University’s highly competitive Lab-to-Life (L2L) program, an initiative focused on launching companies born from university research. In this role, Kyndle worked at the intersection of science, strategy, and commercialization, helping translate complex research into viable businesses with real-world impact. In 2023, she was recognized as the Outstanding Graduate in the Management and Innovation concentration, an honor awarded through faculty nomination in recognition of her leadership, academic excellence, and professional influence.

Driven by a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship, Kyndle went on to co-found an advanced manufacturing company specializing in carbon fiber composites. Entrepreneurship had always felt intrinsic to who she was, and building a company from the ground up became a way to test what she had learned, refine her instincts, and step fully into the role she had long envisioned for herself.

Eventually, life led her back home to Texas. It was here, standing once again on familiar soil, that Kyndle felt a clear calling toward work that aligned with both her roots and her long-term vision. Real estate became the natural intersection, and she earned her license with a singular focus: to represent active-duty and veteran families across Texas, and to serve those making deeply personal, often generational decisions about land. Over the past year with Compass, she has built a strong foundation in residential real estate, successfully closing transactions while sharpening her ability to protect client interests, navigate complex negotiations, and create calm in what can otherwise be an overwhelming process. As she continues to serve residential clients with the same diligence and care, ranch and land real estate remains at the heart of her practice, where her experience, values, and long-term vision align most fully. She understands that these properties are not simply assets, but legacies where families build, preserve, and pass on something meaningful to future generations.

Outside of real estate, Kyndle is intentional about living a well-balanced life. She spends time working on set alongside her partner, reading widely, golfing, practicing yoga, and camping beneath the open skies of Texas and Colorado, two places that continue to shape her appreciation for land, space, and stillness. At home, she values unhurried moments with family and friends and time spent outdoors with their golden retriever, Lennon. Grounded in faith and authenticity, Kyndle believes the most meaningful work is done when life is lived with intention, balance, and respect for what truly matters. For those ready to make intentional real estate decisions, Kyndle offers a grounded and thoughtful approach built on trust, care, and long-term vision.
