Lisa Ginsberg

I’m a proud Boulder native with deep roots in real estate. My father developed apartments throughout Boulder in the 1970s and ’80s, Growing up in that environment taught me early on that the heart of real estate isn’t just about property—it’s about building lasting relationships based on trust and authenticity.

My own career path has taken a few turns. I worked in high tech with Intel Corporation in Oregon, spent years in non-profit service in the Jewish community, and eventually found my way home to residential real estate as the first in my family to focus on helping buyers and sellers in Boulder County. I love guiding clients through relocations to and from Colorado, supporting first-time buyers, and working with long-time residents looking for their next chapter.
