About L. Kent
Kent has enjoyed a dynamic career in Sales, & Business Development for over 25 years. After graduating from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor's degree in business, Kent worked in the telecommunications and technology industry for over 15 years, including MCI, GTE (now Verizon), Southwestern Bell (now AT&T Wireless) and CMGI. He began investing in Real Estate in the metropolitan DC area in 1994; as an outgrowth of his success as an investor, Kent followed his passion and obtained his Real Estate license in 2005. Kent specializes in working with sellers, developers, & international buyers.
Kent works in both the DC market & NYC market for Compass where his wife & children are.  Kent is & has been a parent & volunteer for Bank Street School for Children where his children attend.  

Kent has been interviewed as a subject matter expert for several mediums including CNBC and The Wall Street Journal over the past several years.

Kent is licensed in DC/MD/VA/NY.
