Previously immersed in the fast-paced the business world of New York City and then the urban sprawl of Los Angeles, Heather expanded her knowledge of marketing and PR and grew her contact base, eventually becoming Vice-President of aLine Media. Early on she earned degrees in Communications and Sociology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, serving as a foundation for her career and businesses. She has continued her education in real estate by taking classes in negotiation, contract law, and earning the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation.

She lives in the Travis Heights neighborhood in Austin with her partner and spoiled, long-haired mini dachshund. She works with the Austin Pets Alive donating her time and funds to help support local animals find forever homes.
