An accomplished casting director for film and TV, Kim is a seasoned negotiator and dynamic communicator, bringing exceptional service and a creative approach to real estate. Knowing every client is different, she listens to identify their unique needs, meeting challenges head-on and problem-solving with outside-the-box solutions.
Graduating with a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, Kim became a research associate at The Brookings Institution in Washington DC, and at the UN in Geneva Switzerland. She segued to entertainment upon moving to Los Angeles in 1990.
Having spent her Wonder Bread years in the Midwest, Kim now shares a Santa Monica home with her film editor husband and teen-aged daughter. She's volunteered as a health educator for Planned Parenthood, served on the PTA board at her daughter's public school as well as spearheaded yearly book fairs. Sharing her latest local discoveries as a contributing writer for Red Tricycle, Kim is the go-to-gal for detailed 411 on neighborhood schools, restaurants and shopping from Laurel Canyon and the Hollywood Hills to Santa Monica and the Westside.
