Kyle’s career as an agent in Los Angeles is built on a solid foundation. In college, while competing on a nationally ranked baseball team, Kyle earned both his Florida and Massachusetts real estate licenses. In school he worked at a commercial development firm where he analyzed development opportunities for private investors.
Both of Kyle’s parents are avid investors which opened up the world of real estate to him at a young age. He fell in love with the industry by watching and learning from all of their real estate endeavors. His mother, a development project manager, continues to share her love for the business.
Kyle has worked as an agent in Boston and was consecutively the highest earning producer in his firm. As a commercial developer in Santa Monica, he oversaw the management for $50 million worth of assets and $33 million in acquisitions. Kyle has also worked for the largest privately held entertainment management firm where he worked with some of the world’s most recognized artists.
Today, Kyle is able to combine these skills learned as an entrepreneur, an entertainment and asset manager, a developer, and investor, to provide a well-rounded service for his clientele.
