For the first over 30 years of my working life, I developed my career in sales and sales management for large blue chip companies. This extensive experience helps me craft a detailed plan of action that get the best possible results for my clients.
I began my Real Estate career mostly; talking to sellers whose homes had not sold (expired listings). Working with these sellers taught me how most of the common methods used by traditional agents were, in fact, working against sellers in many cases. Most agents won’t do the things I do or tell you the things I will tell you. I am proud of my proven track record of taking over 35 “expired” homes, successfully selling them when other agents could not. This early experience also helped me understand how to best help Buyers purchase the home of their dreams. Knowing how both sellers and buyers want different things helps me negotiate win-win scenarios.
