Peter Kinnaird

"Born in Northern Ireland, Peter Kinnaird studied land management at Reading University in Reading, England, before relocating to Los Angeles, where he attended film school at the University of Southern California. As a third-generation Realtor®, Peter grew up with a deep admiration for architecture and home design. Naturally drawn to aesthetics, he has a particular love of midcentury design. Due to his keen eye for investment and design, Peter has successfully grown a network of repeat clients and referrals. Now a longtime resident of Los Angeles, Peter currently lives in the Hancock Park area with his wife, Whitney; their son, Oscar; and their labradoodle, Archie. Well-versed in the local market, he owns several income properties and is eager to share his expertise with others. A strong client advocate, Peter conducts his business with honesty and transparency and values clear communication. Attentive to his client’s unique needs, Peter strives to surpass expectations by delivering exceptional client care. Prior to earning his real estate license in 2006, Peter worked as a music agent at the William Morris Agency and as a music business executive at Mercury Records. Through these positions, Peter developed strong networking and negotiation skills. He also learned how to meticulously review contracts on his client's behalf. Outside of work, Peter enjoys playing tennis and is a member of the Los Angeles Tennis Club."
