Quentin relocated to Los Angeles from his native Paris, France, in 2012. As a Duke Law graduate and New York-barred attorney, Quentin previously worked at a global law firm and in-house, where his M&A practice centered on representing investment funds and corporations such as The Carlyle Group, Vivendi Entertainment and The Cheesecake Factory on deal sizes of up to $800 million.
Quentin (affectionately called “Q” by his friends, clients and colleagues) transitioned from the rigorous world of big law to the exciting industry of Southern California real estate with a conscious desire to bring his contract drafting and negotiation skills to the table in order to best serve his clients. Patient, thoughtful and detail-oriented, Quentin gently guides his clients through the sometimes whirlwind, complex waters of the high-end real estate market, and he is quick to brainstorm out-of-the-box solutions to efficiently and smoothly bring his deals to close. Fluent in French, German and English, he also prides himself on his ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
Quentin’s ethos of his practice combines a strong work ethic, honesty, adaptability, responsiveness and clear communication. He applies these qualities with the same dedication regardless of the magnitude of the purchase or sale. By doing so, he has a track record for moving all aspects of a deal forward in a consistent and efficient manner while meeting his clients’ and their key advisors’ deservedly high expectations and tight deadlines.
Quentin further welcomes any opportunity to share with his clients and colleagues his passion for homes embodying a well-curated design, quality materials and properties that can help to maximize his clients’ investment return potential, whether they are found in the Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Brentwood or on the Eastside of Los Angeles.
In his free time, Quentin enjoys staying up-to-date with soccer season, especially his two home teams: the Los Angeles Football Club and Paris Saint-Germain. He also enjoys traveling and exploring exotic locales both abroad and at home. He is equally open to trying the newest omakase menu at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills (or the aptly named Q in Downtown L.A.), peruse a Turner exhibit at the Getty or experiment with a new soju speakeasy in Koreatown. Quentin and his wife, Julie, are also strong supporters of the local non-profit El Nido Family Centers.
