Local Expertise, Global Understanding Philippe and Noëlle are Los Angeles transplants but now consider themselves true locals, having lived in Los Angeles for over 20 years. Noëlle was born in Rhode Island and raised in Minnesota, moving to Los Angeles in 1999. Philippe was born and raised in France and then moved to the United States in 1992 to continue his education at USC, after having studied business in Paris.
Globetrotters, Noëlle traveled across the world as part of her schooling, studying at the UN in Geneva, American University in Cairo, Yonsei University in Seoul, among other schools. Philippe also is widely traveled, conducting business throughout Europe and Asia and his connections throughout the world have been a strong influence on their business in Los Angeles, assisting various international companies with Los Angeles relocation.
Because of a deep local understanding of Los Angeles and an understanding where people are coming from culturally, Noëlle and Philippe are able to tune in to what their clients need and will find the right solution.

Also, before life in real estate, Noëlle was a teacher and because of that experience, she is able to help clients evaluate school options along with home options.
