About Francis Tim


Tim attended The University of San Francisco and received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on marketing. Tim began his career in the entertainment business at PolyGram and The Walt Disney Company, specializing in the promotion and marketing of music, Films, and consumer products. His unique background in entertainment is important when penetrating the marketplace to expose properties and create competition among buyers.

Tim is passionate about combining the platform with his existing marketing and real estate expertise to provide clients with superior execution, service, and real time information.
Tim started at Coldwell Banker Commercial, then to CBRE, back to Coldwell Banker in the financial crisis, and then Compass for the last 7 years.
