I’m Lacey, a listing and buyer’s agent on the Upstate Curious Team.

I'm different from other agents because every interaction I have with a client is genuine. I like to keep it real and I believe that just telling people what they want to hear — whether buyers or sellers — hinders the process and often lands them with regret. I have a great sense of urgency and a pretty good pulse for other people's needs, calming anxious situations, and providing creative vision in unexpected spaces. 

I was born and raised in Kingston, NY, and have had a lifelong love affair with my hometown. My plan growing up was to leave, but I could never find a good reason to. It’s the perfect fusion of art and culture, city life with nature. It's always had everything I'll ever need!

Prior to real estate, I worked in hospitality for 15 years, and focused on honing my art by doing showings at local galleries

When I’m not hustling for my clients, I’m being creative somehow — painting, sewing, cooking, crafting jewelry — swimming, snowboarding, giving back to the community or spending time with my daughter, Kehlani. Fun fact: I love old school hip hop!
