Lainee is a celebrated thought-leader and problem solver, having earned much success on Wall Street collaborating externally with clients and internally with stakeholders. Unafraid of a challenging deal or unpredictable market, she openly advocates for her clients and creates opportunities with the belief that everyone deserves a transparent experience. Lainee's round-the-clock availability is legendary among night-owl clients with lofty goals. For this, technology plays an important role, and she is passionate about Compass' industry-leading tools and resources.

Lainee is dedicated to elite client service and professionalism. Her No. 1 priority is creating a white-glove experience for buyers and sellers, whether it's their first transaction or their fiftieth. Lainee communicates via a robust feedback loop. She thrives on getting to know people and their needs, and she excels at identifying opportunities that align with those goals.

Lainee financed her entire education, graduating from Boston University with B.S in finance. She has always been a resource to herself and her surroundings, so she began selling and renting real estate in Boston. Since then, Lainee has bought, sold and rented property from Boston, New York City and Westchester, to the Hamptons, Vermont, Michigan and Illinois.

Lainee, her husband, Michael, and their three children moved to Harrison 11 years ago, when her youngest was a newborn, so she's intimately familiar with the transition from city to suburbs. She has a rare understanding of what it is like to live, raise a family, educate children in Manhattan, and follow that with a pivot to Westchester. A Harrison resident, Lainee's knowledge of the city, surrounding neighborhoods, schools and support systems is unparalleled. Her command of the local educational offerings is exceptional, having had first-hand experience in both New York City private and Harrison public schools. Lainee's three children — now ages 11, 20 and 22 — made the move from urban to suburban later than most, and the Harrison community helped to make it a very welcoming and seamless transition.

Whatever Lainee turns her attention to, she does so with gusto and enthusiasm, and part of that passion is seeing possibilities and not being afraid to reach for them, at home and work. Her children share in the family's creative energy in Westchester and beyond. Her daughters attended private schools in Manhattan before the family's move to Harrison, and they not only graduated from Harrison schools but were very impactful leaders in the community. Today, Lainee's older daughters continued their educational commitment after graduating from Northwestern University and the University of Michigan and currently reside in NYC. Her 13 year old son is an avid basketball player community member and student in Harrison middle school. 

Lainee is proud of her family's work hard/play hard mentality, and she leads by example with her tireless volunteerism and creative interests. She's deeply committed to family, friends and her beloved cockapoo, Reggie. Lainee also loves to chase the seasons with skiing, snowshoeing and fireside chats in the winter, and summers spent waterskiing, boating and barbecuing.

Lainee's dedication to family continues in her real estate work, where she and her husband Mike have joined the KS Team, founded by her sister Kori. In fact, Kori moved her own family to Westchester before Lainee's family's move, and they're all thrilled to have found a great place to have their families come together. They're also excited to take advantage of the incredible opportunity to build something extraordinary with Compass' national brand, the KS Team's vital resources, collective local expertise and client-centered approach.
