"Lana was my agent when I was planning a property purchase in Milpitas, CA in 2018. At the time, I was considering acquiring a real estate property for investment, and through some fortuitous event, Lana became my agent for this venture. Overall, my experience has been excellent and extremely positive, and I could not have asked for a more professional agent to be on my side throughout this often difficult and tedious process, providing me with timely and invaluable assistance, informed opinion and well-reasoned assessment. Lana conducts her business with great professionalism, with patience and with passion. One quality that really stands out is her readiness and willingness to do the extra work for her clients in order to get the best results. We did the usual round of checking out properties, and on each occasion, Lana was always very patient in answering my questions and doubts, providing her honest and informed assessment about each property. Although I had always done my own share of homework before hand, in many instances, I still found the new information she provided very useful in complementing my own understanding of the property and the market. Unlike many real estate agents I have known over the years that were almost always pushy and eager to sell property, Lana is honest and discerning, with a broad knowledge base that together can be very reassuring. One thing I will always appreciate is the extra mile she went at the end to find me the best rate for financing the purchase. At one point, it was clear that the builder’s preferred lender was offering a loan with a rate that was slightly above the market rate. In the era of FED tightening (2H of 2018), I was, while disappointed, not particularly surprised by the outcome and was about to take the offer. Fortunately for me, Lana disagreed and knew better. Over a weekend, she contacted various lenders and by Sunday evening, she was able to find a good lender that could offer a 30-yr fixed with a rate that is almost full percentage point lower! It is always good to have a magic maker working on one’s behalf and in this case, I have been very lucky to have the right agent working for me. In addition to this, Lana also went out of her way to do a quite thorough rental market research (since I am purchasing the property for investment), and I was pleasantly surprised by the presentation of her research on Monday that was both convincing and assuring. Lana is as good as it gets when it comes to real estate agent. She is affable and full of energy and vigor. She is knowledgeable and well-informed, and at the same time, she is able to provide honest assessment and opinion with logic and without emotional and personal bias. She is resourceful and is ready to go extra miles for her clients.
