About Lance
Born and raised in Cambridge, MA, Lance started his real estate career in the highly competitive New York City/Manhattan area market across the Hudson River in Hoboken, NJ almost 20 years ago.

Lance’s roots in Cambridge, MA run deep being the youngest of ten children and he returned to his birthplace to further pursue a career in real estate over 10 years ago. His father, Henry Greene, also born and raised in Cambridge and was a successful businessman, banker and owner of Elbery Ford now home of Whole Foods on River Street in Cambridge.

Being locally raised, Lance brings an intimate real estate knowledge to buyers and sellers alike in all of Greater Boston but also far and wide throughout Massachusetts including the Cape & Islands.

Lance’s affability, enthusiasm, integrity, diligence, work ethic, and negotiation skills have well served his buyer and seller clients over the past 20 years in both the residential, commercial and development areas. He works extensively with clients to help them bring their vision and goals to fulfillment.

Lance spends his (little) free time on the Cape and Islands with a love towards being on/near the ocean and a love of surfcasting and fishing off Monomoy Island.
