Lance has been in the real estate business for over ten years and is armed with an impressive track record of service and success. He has proven to be top in his field and well respected among his colleagues. Through his profound interest and knowledge of New York City’s real estate market and the immense resources from Compass, Lance offers concise and timely market information, while defining emerging trends and worthwhile investments to his clients.

While real estate has been his primary career, his professional experience is varied. Lance spent six years traveling around the globe as a project manager working with the Department of Defense, supporting the coalition forces and visited more than 70 countries including Afghanistan, Germany, Italy, Iraq, Greece, Vietnam and Brazil, as well as the continent of Africa and most of the United States. For his tremendous services, he earned multiple awards from the United States government.

Lance attended James Madison University on a full athletic and academic scholarship where he was a star water polo player, top tennis player, and voted “Most likely to brighten your day”. Many years later, this still holds true.

Lance is now a proud resident at the Caledonia in West Chelsea and is looking forward to meeting and working with you!
