As a lifelong resident of the Houston area, Lance combines a thorough understanding of the local market with a global worldview earned during his previous international supply chain career in the oil and gas industry. He's traveled to more than 50 countries and offers a worldly perspective, whether he's assisting clients with a move across town or around the globe. Working alongside his wife as a proud member of the Amy Raper Real Estate Group, Lance delivers the strong call to service and can-do attitude critical to any successful home search or sale.

Lance has resided in The Woodlands for nearly two decades and frequently volunteers as a youth rugby and football coach. He loves learning, reading, and spending time with family, especially hunting, fishing, and camping with his four children.
