Pam Tomashek

Fifteen years of experience as an Enforcement Representative for the Contractors State License Board has given Pam Tomashek a thorough knowledge of home construction, remodeling techniques and detecting the construction defects. Additionally, her direct interaction with contractors, architects, construction industry experts, attorneys, and others in the construction trade gives her a unique and practical perspective that can give a clear edge to any buyer or seller.
Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, she is a graduate of Punjab University in Chandigarh with a BS in Science, and speaks, reads, and writes fluent Thai. She has been a long time resident of the foothills region of Los Angeles County, comfortably familiar with the neighborhoods of La Canada, La Crescenta, Sunland/Tujunga and much of the San Gabriel Valley.
As a client focused realtor, Pam listens to your needs and works with both home buyers and current home owners to maximize their search using the latest in digital and old fashioned neighborhood knowledge. Pam brings an array of marketing and sales tools to maximize the value of your property.

Besides real estate, Pam’s other passions include music and cooking. She’s an active member of the prestigious Sanctuary Choir at Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena. She loves to explore new recipes and try them out with her family and friends (This could be you!). She has even formed a dinner group which meets monthly to share each other’s gourmet dishes.
