About Sharon
Since 1980, Sharon P.M. Chai, CRS has been efficiently helping friends, family and clients alike buy and sell in every environment. Sharon finds that her professional purpose is to be the resourceful guide people must have on their real estate journey. With a business made up mostly repeat corporate executive relocations and referrals, Sharon goes wherever they go and will and is relentless in helping
her buyer clients find their match.
A decorated real estate agent, Sharon has been recognized for her efforts by being awarded the Aloha ‘Aina REALTOR® award in 2010 as well as nominated numerous
times. With a long-standing career in real estate, Sharon has been a mentor, training agents in both
individual and group settings to help better their own businesses.
With Sharon, staging a home is part of the package when you enlist her services. Her philosophy when
selling a home is “clean top to bottom, side to side” and “pretty sells.” She will provide hands-on
assistance to complete the job. To tune-up currently lived in homes or even vacant ones, Sharon has
her own inventory for staging. She finds staging an integral part of the process as it allows potential
buyers visualize a home in a way that suits them. With over 10+ years working in the fashion industry,
Sharon has an eye for design and you can trust in her to make the home you’re selling stand out.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Sharon knows the island well and uses her local knowledge and
connections to assist her clients. Sharon has raised two sons alongside her husband in the East
Honolulu area. Helping women in all aspects of their lives, especially in real estate is something Sharon
sees as the most important part of her business. Sharon belongs to Soroptimist International,
volunteer service organization for women who work for peace and in particular to improve the lives of
