I love the Jacksonville area! My husband and I, with our 2 daughters moved here in 1994, by direction of the US Navy. My interests include most outdoor activities, such as golf, tennis, spending time on the beach with my family, riding my motorcycle, and volunteering. We loved Jacksonville immediately – such a diverse and HUGE city, but so welcoming and friendly, with SO much to offer to everyone. The beaches, the golf courses, the different neighborhoods, the military bases, beautiful and clean downtown, the nightlife, the schools, the history, the culture – the list goes on….. I am passionate about Jacksonville and my real estate career. Real Estate is my full time profession, and I am committed to being one of the best! I am dedicated to continuing to grow in education and certifications to better serve my customers as times change and evolve. Your real estate goals, are my goals. MADELYN LAREAU
After years in hospitality and customer service, I have finally decided to join the dynamic world of real estate. I have always enjoyed getting to know people and working with them on their needs; whether that’s finding the perfect glass of wine or making their home more comfortable with the right piece of furniture. I am excited to bring my skills and passions to this next career chapter. I have grown up in Jacksonville and have enjoyed getting to see this town grow into the city has become. Each neighborhood has a personality of its own that offers plenty of diversity. I enjoy exploring the many nature preserves in the area, trying new farmers markets, guinea pigging new restaurants and bars, and relaxing on the beach.
