About Larissa
Larissa Hoss is often asked, “What do you do?” She explains that it depends on what hat she’s wearing at the time. She is a wife to an amazing man, a mother to two wonderful kids, and a daughter to a fantastic family. However, if she were to break it down, here’s her story: she became a licensed Realtor® in 2017 to help her husband—a custom home builder and developer—with the acquisition and selling aspects of his business. At the time, she was also pregnant with their second baby, and she humorously claims that pregnancy was much easier than real estate school.
The world of residential real estate wasn’t new to Larissa, though. She had a long history of working alongside her husband, where she was responsible for hiring, creating content for social media, guiding the design aspects of each project, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. One of her favorite sayings is todo pa delante, which means “keep it moving” or “keep moving forward.” She believes in doing what needs to be done as a team to grow from small endeavors to monumental projects over the course of a decade—all with the same heart and dedication.
