Relationships have always come first in my work. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial and lifestyle decisions a person can make, and my role is to guide clients toward the best possible outcome while making the process smooth, informed, and enjoyable. I listen carefully, provide thoughtful analysis and honest advice, and try to bring a sense of ease and humor to every transaction.

Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years remodeling homes throughout Boulder, building a referral-based business grounded in trust and craftsmanship. Having worked on virtually every system within a home, I bring what I like to call “x-ray vision” when evaluating properties — insight that helps clients better understand structural integrity, remodeling potential, and long-term value. A background in engineering and cost analysis also provides valuable insight when navigating the financial side of a transaction.

I’ve lived in Boulder and along the Front Range for more than 30 years. Like many who choose to call this area home, I was drawn here by the natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running mountain trails or biking Boulder's extensive path system.
