Living in downtown Portsmouth, I’m fortunate to experience firsthand the energy, walkability, and character that make this city and the greater Seacoast so special. New Hampshire has always been home to me, and as a local native, I know the backroads, coffee shops, and hidden gems like the back of my hand. From the vibrancy of Portsmouth and the coastline, to the charm of small towns and peaceful wooded retreats, I genuinely love everything this state has to offer, and that passion carries directly into my work.
 
My primary focus, and greatest passion, is helping homeowners sell with confidence and clarity. When selling a home, the details matter, and that’s where I truly shine. I create a thoughtful, goal-driven timeline informed by current market conditions, collaborate with the best photographers in the state, and produce elevated video and digital marketing designed to give each property meaningful exposure. By closely tracking marketing performance and buyer engagement, I’m able to refine strategy in real time, drive the right traffic, and position homes to sell, presented beautifully and priced with intention.
 
Real estate has been part of my life long before it became my career. In 2016, I purchased and renovated my first multifamily property, which sparked a deep interest in value, timing, and long-term return. That experience led me into mortgage lending, where I became a top producer across New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. Today, that financial foundation informs every pricing, positioning, and negotiation decision I make for my sellers, particularly for luxury homes, new construction, and investment-focused properties.
 
Outside of real estate, I enjoy finding balance, whether that’s time at the gym, in the kitchen experimenting with healthy recipes, at a favorite local coffee shop, or getting lost in a good book. Family is at the heart of everything I do. I’m especially close with my son, Ryan, and my father, whose example instilled in me a strong work ethic, resilience, and kindness, values that continue to guide both my life and my business.
 
While I work with select buyers, my expertise is strongest on the listing side, where strategy, marketing, and execution directly influence outcomes. Whether it’s a luxury condo, a historic home, new build, or commercial asset, I take a deliberate, data-informed approach to showcasing property and maximizing results.
