"2025 was a whirlwind for our family. During recovery from surgery we asked our dear friend and realtor Laura Coutts to come by and help us decide on a next project for our 73 year old expanded ranch in Mendham Borough. Following a thorough tour and fun conversation, Laura suggested some updates and mentioned maybe feeling the market to sell as our children were grown and gone. Laura introduced the 3 point sales system that Compass utilized and it sounded like a reasonable way to dip our foot in the waters of selling. She asked our “make me move” price and we were off to the races. Laura suggested a painter and flooring contractor who were both outstanding and reasonably priced.
