Laura Dunnigan

Laura Dunnigan grew up in Monongahela, Pennsylvania and Champlin, Minnesota, but has been calling Middle Tennessee home since 2003.  

After spending several years with State Farm Insurance working on claims, vehicle estimates and in sales, she decided to change paths.  Driven by a passion for people she decided to venture into real estate.  “For me, it's about making authentic relationships - meeting people where they are in their adventure & helping them take the next steps towards owning their dream home - I love meeting people from all walks of life, and I love the feelings invoked when you find ‘home’-- of peace, love, laughter, tranquility.” 

 Laura is a licensed REALTOR® but her skillset goes beyond just helping her clients buy and sell properties.  With an eye for home design, color theory & making a house a home – Laura offers a unique set of skills that brings the design world to real estate helping her clients better market their homes so they stand out against the crowd! 

Outside of real estate Laura enjoys riding her bicycle to experience all that Murfreesboro has to offer from outdoor options to restaurants & shopping. She loves random adventures, being out in nature, hiking, kayaking, photography, Custom Home design, Airbnb design, home renovation, crafting specialty recipes for dinner, antiquing, being creative in any way, and baking or dancing with her daughter Parker.  Other family members include rescue cats Friday and Romeo, and bunny Daisy.
