I have lived in, and owned homes, in many parts of Middle Tennessee – from Bellevue to Belle Meade, East Nashville to the West End area, and currently reside in Franklin. I feel lucky to be able to produce stories for the Nashville PBS show "Tennessee Crossroads". A program that's been on the air for 37 years. I get to travel all over the state featuring people, destinations and restaurants. I know Tennessee well and eat A LOT of BBQ!
Nashville locals might also remember me from my time on-air at WSMV Channel 4 in the early 90’s, and then as the main anchor on WZTV Fox 17 for 11 years.
I have been involved in the Nashville community for three decades, with organizations like The American Cancer Society, Nashville Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, O’More College of Design, Mid-South Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, JDRF, Community Care Fellowship, and Cottage Cove Urban Ministries.
My family also fosters dogs for the Nashville-based organization, Big Fluffy Dog Rescue. We've even adopted a few pups!
A native of Michigan, I am a Spartan, with a degree from Michigan State University. (Go Green!) I am married to a wonderful man, we have two beautiful daughters and a great old dog.
