About Laura
Laura has been working in the Real Estate field in New Castle County Delaware for over 30 years. Her first experience with Real Estate was in her father's office at Greeley Real Estate in Powder Mill Square, Greenville Delaware. She has listed and sold homes all over Delaware and assisted in the sale of many farms and estates. She treats each listing as if it is her first and only listing. Laura began working in sales at the age of 15, when she took on her first job at Pennyfeather in Greenville Delaware. After that she worked for the Dupont company, ICI Americas and Lyons Studios in their art department as a graphic designer. Prior to selling Real Estate, Laura worked for a local Custom home builder where she learned the basics of construction from the ground up. Laura also worked as a purchasing assistant for Larson Homes outside of Denver Colorado. While there she assisted in designing home interiors. Laura was also the owner of Rags To Riches in Centreville. In Addition, She has also been the Director of non profits in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. She assisted them in reorganizing and learning how to produce fund raising events. Laura grew up around Real Estate, her father was the Broker of Record at T.B. O'Toole at the Hotel Dupont, and Vice President of Anderson-Stokes. Her father Peter N. Greeley started his own company while Laura was in Grade school and she worked as his Duty agent after school. Mr Greeley was also a developer and built developments such as Black Rock Hill in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. In addition, Laura has also assisted many of her sellers in the clean out and staging of their homes. Laura is confident with all her knowledge and continued success in Real Estate. Laura Won and has received the coveted Five Star Realtor Award, every year that it has been offered. . She has won it in both Delaware and Philadelphia. Specialties:"I will get the job done!
