Laura Hendrix

Laura Hendrix was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia, and relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 1997 to enjoy the year-round tropical climate and coastal lifestyle. Her career in real estate began with a passion for connecting with people and helping others achieve the dream of homeownership. She views the industry as an opportunity not only to pursue her professional ambitions but also to support others in reaching their own goals.  She recently transferred to Compass from Berkshire Hathaway in the Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota area.

With more than twelve years of experience as an entrepreneur, Laura has developed strong business and financial skills that serve her clients well in the real estate market. She currently lives in Tierra Verde, a residential island community located at the southernmost tip of Pinellas County near St. Pete Beach.  Laura enjoys staying active in her free time—working out, taking her dog to the beach, traveling and writing. She is also a published author of both a spiritual book and a children’s book.
