“Laura was our selling agent during the COVID times in 2020, and we are very glad to have found her! We were planning to move out of the country within a few months, and selling the house in a safe manner (since this was during shelter in place due to COVID) and with someone we could trust was our top priority. We first reached out to Laura via email after seeing all the great reviews on Yelp, and she responded very quickly with a time to meet over Zoom. On our first Zoom call (which was just 1.5 days later), we were immediately impressed by the research she had already done on our house, the area, and some recently sold houses and market analysis. She was also very pleasant to talk to and asked good questions to understand who we are and what our goals were. Needless to say, we decided to go with her after our call. She was very communicative throughout the whole process and always kept us posted with every step. Since this was during COVID times, we had done almost everything digitally and virtually. We signed all the paperwork online, and even did our open house virtually. I took the photos and videos based on some instructions and she helped put together a great video for us and was also very open to the feedback we provided. She also suggested to have the potential buyers do a walkthrough outside the house and checked with the county’s health office to make sure it was safe to do so before we did it. During the offer process, Laura set up a Zoom call to review all the offers in details but she also summarized them very well for us and gave great recommendations on timing and strategy. “We worked with Laura to purchase our first home. Being in the Peninsula for the last few years, I knew that it was a tough market and that supply was tight. Additionally, we had a large search zone, starting from San Bruno all the way down to Santa Clara to find our home. When my wife and I started on the journey to find a new home, we didn't really know where to start and consulted a couple of Redfin agents like most people as they browsed through listings. "We decided to downsize from a home that we owned in Foster City to a condo in Downtown San Mateo. Based on a recommendation from a friend, we hired Laura Lee to represent us in both transactions. While looking for a suitable condo, we got started by fixing up the bathrooms in our Foster City home.
