Laura Palumbo Meier, Senior Vice President, partnered her boutique 10 agent Real Estate firm, Black Horse Real Estate Inc., with Compass in 2020 to form “The Black Horse Group” at Compass.

Laura has been a prominent real estate broker since 1980 (MA) and 1988 (NY), achieving numerous awards and recognition for Sales, and equally as important, Ethics (“Five Star Award” 2012-2023). Laura was recognized in Forbes Magazine (February 2019) and The Boston Globe (Sept. 2019) and most recently in Boston Magazine (June 2021) for "Top sales in Metro-West area of Boston". Laura is known for making even the most challenging transactions smooth and straightforward. Whether dealing with small or large-scale projects, residential or commercial transactions, Laura brings exceptional insight, expertise, and confidence to her clients. Corporate Background: Laura worked at Xerox Corporation for 15 years, starting in Sales and advancing to Sales Management. Laura achieved the highest level of sales recognition, “President’s Club,” each of her 15 years- investing in Real Estate with every sales bonus she made.
