A Washington State real estate veteran since 2002, Laura Papritz began as a licensed
salesperson went on to obtain advanced ABR-Accredited Buyer’s Representative
SRES-Seniors Real Estate Specialist designations, more recently her Managing
license. She also stands apart with her accolades as a “Best of ” award winner,
repeated top producer, ranking among the top 5% of Realtors nationwide based on

Laura delights in working with clients at every stage of life. She brings a personal
understanding of acreage properties to her practice which includes all types of real estate in
Maple Valley and surrounding areas.
Born in Seattle and raised in Auburn, Laura attended Doreen Bird Theatre College in
England and graduated with teaching degrees in Ballet, Tap and Modern Dance. She was a
professional dancer whose career allowed her to travel throughout Europe and the
Caribbean. She later got into fitness, sales and business ownership prior to real estate.
Laura has lived in Maple Valley since 1995, the same she married Mike, her very
patient husband. Together they have three almost grown children, three hilarious
Australian Shepherd dogs, two overfed chickens, and a really old ferret.
