About Laura
Laura is a real estate professional with over 25 years of sales and management experience. A second-generation Realtor®, she loves working with clients through the home sale and purchase processes. She knows how to ease clients through life transitions, including moving to a new area, buying a first home, or downsizing.

After working with family members who needed to downsize and move to senior living communities, Laura became a Certified Senior Housing Professional and a Certified Senior Downsizing Coach so she could better assist others facing similar challenges. She has demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients through the major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating and selling the family home. Laura recently completed the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) designation, which is the leading certification for professionals serving older adults.  In addition, she is a founding member of Compass Plus, the division of Compass dedicated to assisting senior clients. Her motto is “be overjoyed, not overwhelmed” during this next phase of life!

With a positive, detailed approach and extensive knowledge, Laura strives to make every transaction stress-free for her clients. A former executive in the telecommunications industry, she brings a management and operations background to her business. .

Originally from New York, Laura relocated to the Washington DC area and lives with her husband in Bethesda. She is an empty-nester who enjoys cycling, skiing, and relaxed meals with family and friends on the porch. An avid hiker, Laura has walked the French and Northern routes of the Camino de Santiago.
