"Laura is truly the best! I was referred to her by fantastic realtor friends so I trusted I was in good hands and I totally was. We lived in Florida so we were super anxious about not being around when the house was built and she came to the property over and over to make sure the builder was doing what they were supposed to. When we came down she took us to so many places, made sure we were asking the right questions, showed us the area, and helped us find the perfect home. She was an EXPERT in the St Johns area no doubt. There wasn't a question I asked she didn't have an answer to. "My family and I are so thankful for Laura! We put all of our trust in her to find us a house while we were still living out of state. Instead of just sending us listing after listing, she would visit homes and FaceTime or send us pictures. She was attentive and took time out of her day to call and pick apart what we liked and didn’t like until she found us the perfect home. We were first-time home buyers and Laura so kindly educated us on the vernacular and the process. When it came to offers she shared her expertise and proved to be right every time!
