"Unexpectedly, my family found itself in an unfortunate position of having to move very quickly out of a place we considered home for the last few years. Frantic, I called Lauren and explained the situation and our deadline. Ideally, we would have prefered to stay in the same building, but that was not possible. Since we needed more square footage and decided to expanded our search to other neighbourhoods, we knew we needed the help of a realtor.
