A long-time resident of Naples and real estate professional for almost 15 years, Lauren Brooker is a seasoned expert in the Southwest Florida community. Her extensive real estate experience, her family’s real estate background, and her wide professional network within the area allow Lauren to offer her clientele the full spectrum of invaluable real estate resources.
Lauren began her career in collegiate athletics in Atlanta, before landing in the Naples area and deciding to follow her family in the business of real estate. With 13 years of experience exclusively in Southwest Florida, and over $100 million in sales, she has a proven track record of success in assisting her clients with their goals, both on the buying and selling side. Amongst her accomplishments, she was the number one top selling agent in her previous company of over 300 agents for logging $19 million in sales one of her years there. Throughout her career, her greatest achievement is consistently being referred by her clients, many of whom have become her personal friends.
With strong dedication to the desires of her clients, Lauren is a prompt and responsive communicator who brings comforting guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process. Her professionalism in the industry has been a contributor to her success. She focuses heavily on amenity-rich neighborhoods in areas such as Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Park Shore, Vanderbilt Beach, and Old Naples. Lauren maintains her industry connections through organizations such as the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) and the National Association of Realtors.
Lauren is a former NCAA Division-1 volleyball player and alumna of the College of Charleston. She received a masters degree in Sports Management from Georgia State University. As a Naples resident, she and her husband are active boaters, which plays a great part in the Southwest Florida lifestyle. When she is not assisting clients, Lauren enjoys volunteering at her daughter’s school and staying active through participation in tennis, beach volleyball, and the fast-growing sport of pickleball.
