Lauren Carabelli

Lauren is a real estate advisor representing buyers and sellers on the South Shore and Cape Cod as a member of the Lauren Mahoney Group, a Hingham-based team ranked within the top 1.5% of producers nationwide, having closed over $200M in sales.

Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Lauren held roles in sales, marketing, and account management for several luxury brands. Lauren started her career at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, where she acted as a liaison between the organization's worldwide sales teams and corporate clients in the Northeast. In this role, she honed her ability to provide the brand's internationally renowned standard of customer service excellence, and she has carried that attention to detail and anticipation of client needs with her throughout her career.

From her time in account management, Lauren built a solid foundation from which to succeed at Compass, where she harnesses her ability to cultivate strong partnerships and bring a solutions-driven mentality to every negotiation. Lauren's extensive experience in marketing communications, writing and editing copy for national brands, combined with her meticulousness, serve the team's clients well as she clearly and effectively communicates their position, ensuring a smooth start-to-finish transaction. Additionally, in a previous role, Lauren managed photoshoots for a national brand, often doing her own photography and editing. She now brings this eye for careful curation to her seller clients.

Lauren's highly organized method of conducting business, in conjunction with the Lauren Mahoney Group's breadth of community relationships, is an asset to both buyers and sellers, particularly when navigating turbulent and competitive markets. From personal experience buying, renovating, and building on conservation land within Hingham and Cape Cod, Lauren has a unique ability to provide important insights to clients considering navigating complicated permitting processes.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Lauren has lived in Hingham for over a decade, where she has purchased, sold, and rented properties. Since childhood, she has spent her summers on Cape Cod. An active member of the community, Lauren teaches barre classes at The Bar Method Hingham, volunteers at her children's schools, and assists in event planning for the coveted Whitcomb neighborhood, where she lives with her husband and sons.
