About Branden

Branden Chhuor is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA®) and a member of Compass Plus, a specialized division within Compass dedicated to serving older adults and their families through major life transitions. 

He is an Orange County–based real estate advisor and investor providing premium residential and commercial representation across coastal and central Orange County, with a focus on Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Costa Mesa, and Fountain Valley.

Branden has transacted over $80,000,000 in real estate. That experience creates a disciplined, outcomes-focused approach—balancing market realities, risk management, and negotiation strategy so clients can make confident, well-timed decisions with clarity on pricing, terms, and net proceeds. His mission is to make every real estate transaction simple and stress-free for his clients and investors, with proactive communication and a clear plan at every step.

Prior to a career in real estate, Branden is a University of Virginia alumnus with a background as a CPA (inactive) at Ernst & Young, LLP.
