Born and raised in Indianapolis, Shawna brings creativity, design insight, and hands-on experience to her work in real estate. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Nursing, she began her career in healthcare, where she developed strong communication skills and an instinct for understanding people’s needs—qualities that continue to shape her client relationships today.

 

Her passion for homes started early, working alongside her father in home design and renovation. Those experiences gave her a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, functionality, and aesthetic detail—values that now guide her approach to real estate. Over the years, she’s also gained firsthand experience flipping houses and managing renovations with vision and care.
