Lauren Delamater

Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Lauren and her husband relocated to Mount Pleasant in search of  the Charleston dream and to raise their three young children in a warm, coastal climate. 12+ years later and having fallen completely in love with all things Lowcountry life, Lauren loves to help other families follow the same path and find home all over Charleston. She has been in real estate for 8 years and has helped over 150 clients buy and sell in the Charleston area. Her approach to real estate is rooted in the same values that define the Lowcountry: hospitality, heritage, and a "white-glove" level of care.

With a grandfather who was a realtor for 30+ years, she grew up in the industry and always knew she would work in real estate, even from a young age. Lauren comes from a background of entrepreneurship and has started several businesses over the last 18 years from a wedding planning and design company to a cafe. The different skills she has picked up along the way in these different industries has allowed her to create a unique and specialized real estate experience for her clients. 

Buying and selling real estate is one of life’s biggest milestones and guiding clients through the ups and downs of a home sale or purchase with detail, compassion, and genuine care is what Lauren is known for. She knows first hand that real estate has the power to change lives, so helping clients invest and make smart, savvy real estate decisions is one of her strong points. 

When Lauren isn’t selling real estate or at one of her kids’ golf matches or volleyball games, she loves to go to the beach and attempt to surf, work out, or read a good book!
