Lilia Prieto

As a San Francisco Bay Area native and resident of San Francisco’s South Beach neighborhood, Lilia Prieto has intimate knowledge of the area and a strong desire to help you find your new home.

In 2016, Lilia began her real estate career as an administrator for Vanguard Properties, a fast-paced brokerage which held the #1 ranking for the district made up of the South Beach/SoMa neighborhoods.  Initially hired to be the first point of contact between buyers/sellers and the brokerage, she saw the firm’s need for transaction coordinators and learned the skills to fill both roles. Always ambitious, she quickly and effectively prepared to obtain her Real Estate Salesperson License. It was not long before she was recruited to work for one of the top teams in San Francisco. 

Her strong knowledge of the local market combined with her organization and extensive process prepared her for the next step in her real estate career, becoming an integral part of opening the sales office for the City’s most luxurious waterfront residences, One Steuart Lane. She was a vital member of a small team that drove sales for the development from pre to post launch. Her proficiency and passion for real estate lends itself to more than one development, which factored into her decision to join COMPASS.
