"Selling and buying real estate in Manhattan is a notoriously stressful process. That's why we chose Lauren. She advised us on prepping our condo sale, helped us negotiate a multiple offer situation and got us top dollar. On the flip side, she patiently guided us through the -op purchase process to ensure that we put our best foot forward with the board. She always provided the highest level of expertise and professionalism and we are extremely happy to have had her working on our behalf.

"I just wanted to express my deepest appreciation to Lauren Kende for her expertise, dedication, and overall outstanding level of service in the sale of my apartment. Her effort ultimately yielded a positive outcome despite the particular challenges of my situation. If not for her strong follow-up, legal expertise, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, determination and commitment, I highly doubt such a positive result could have been achieved." - Glenn
"Lauren helped me find my coop while I was going through a divorce. She provided the exact combination of professionalism and friendship throughout the process -- from showing me apartments, negotiating a price, gathering the necessary paperwork, and finally to the closing -- at a very stressful time in my life. I always felt she was working for me, never wasted my time, and I couldn’t be happier with the results." - Ellen
"Thank you for all your support in selling our apartment. I know it wasn't easy, but we very much appreciate your knowledge, professionalism and advice along the way. We are ecstatic that we are finally done! We would highly recommend you to anyone that we know who is selling." - Jenna & Dennis
When not working, Lauren can often be found playing tennis. Lauren took up tennis in 2006 and it quickly became a favorite activity. She has been a long-time supporter of the Riverside Clay Tennis Association, the non-profit organization charged with maintaining and operating the only public red clay tennis courts in NYC. She is proud to be a gate volunteer and the sponsor of the ladders/tournaments, as well as of her prior involvement as a board member and sponsor of the summer concert series. She also continues to donate a portion of any commissions she earns from RCTA-sourced business back to this community organization via her Give-Back donation program.
