About Lauren

Lauren Kinkade-Wong grew up moving between worlds — the disciplined craft of classical, theater and pop performance, where she performed as a singer with Motown greats and platinum recording artists, and the rhythms of the Greater Los Angeles neighborhoods she has called home for nearly her entire life. Both shaped the way she works today: with care, with preparation, and with the belief that the smallest details often carry the most meaning.

For Lauren, real estate has always been less about transactions and more about thresholds — the front door of a first home, the room a daughter will grow up in, the porch where a family begins a new chapter. Having raised her own family in the South Pasadena area, she knows that a home is rarely just a financial decision. It is where a life is built, and her role is to guide her clients through that decision with patience, clarity, and discretion.

Over nearly two decades in the business, Lauren has come to specialize in the architecturally rich neighborhoods of Pasadena, La Cañada, the San Gabriel Valley, and Northeast Los Angeles — communities she knows by their architecture, their seasons, and their stories. She is deeply involved in her professional community as well, having served as 2024 President of the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS® and continuing her service on the California Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards, Transaction & Regulatory, and Federal Committees. These roles have given her a working knowledge of the policy and practice shaping today's market — knowledge she brings quietly to the table on behalf of her clients.
