"The most attentive realtor I've ever worked with. Our purchase was unnecessarily complicated due to miscommunication between the mortgage lender and the title company. At several times during the process, I thought that our closing would be delayed due to this problem. At one point, the Buyer's Estimated Closing Costs were so inaccurate that the entire transaction seemed in jeopardy due to 'insufficient funds' (again in error).
