Lauren McCullough

After attending a lecture on foreclosures and real estate investments 20 years ago, Lauren McCullough began her interest in real estate. Having bought and sold multiple homes as a consumer, she's had the very best to the not so good real estate experiences.

Lauren's goal for each client is to have an outstanding experience, whether they are buying, selling, investing, or renting. She is the epitome of a consultant. Her curious nature allows her to uncover her client's unique needs and recommend optimal solutions (which sometimes get creative). Her negotiating skills enable her to advocate for her clients, while finding mutually attractive solutions for stakeholders.

As a proud Philadelphia native, her parents demonstrated the values of hard work, compassion, helping others, and what it means to be courageous (her father is a retired Philadelphia Firefighter). Lauren has had the pleasure of living in several Philadelphia neighborhoods, each unique in their own way. She now resides in Plymouth Meeting with her teen-age sons, fiancé, and Havapoo.

She is a graduate of The Philadelphia High School for Girls. Lauren holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Jefferson University.
