About Lauren

Fifteen plus years in marketing luxury retail products offered Lauren a perfect background for selling high-end residential real estate. Experiential luxuries such as couture fashion and accessories, fine jewelry and fine dining appeal to the same customers and require the same savvy as does high-end real estate.

Lauren has over eighteen successful years of helping buyers find, sellers move and investors trade their homes in all types of market conditions. She represents buyers and sellers in a fast-moving market. She has successfully closed residential real estate transactions on time and within clients' financial expectations. Lauren brings buyers to homes currently listed in MLS as well as those not marketed through traditional means by using her professional and personal networks. She professionally markets homes for sale via traditional and non-traditional methods based on the needs and time frames of her clients. Lauren collaborates rationally and professionally through negotiations of the contract terms, finances, repairs and expectations during each portion of the transaction.

With her background in marketing and having grown up in Dallas, the local residential real estate market made the perfect place to launch a career in real estate. Living in Lakewood and East Dallas for over twenty years, raising a family in the community and being involved in so many of the community’s efforts make Compass the natural partnering choice. Lauren is also very involved with St. Thomas Aquinas Church and Cistercian Preparatory Academy.
