Client Testimonials

Lauren Morihara took care of us every step of the way and we couldn’t be more grateful for all her hard work. With the state of the market, when we fell in love with a home, she sprung into action to help us get the very first offer in. As things evolved through the process, she was there to support, guide, and reassure us. She even helped us to move the closing and get us into our new home earlier. She exudes precision and professionalism, really understands the market and is there to lend calm guidance. Lauren is the perfect agent to have on your side! - Sarah Maltais ★★★★★
"Lauren Morihara is a great realtor. When she worked with us she was able to very quickly figure out what we were looking for in a house, and help us find and see a number of properties meeting our needs. She did a great job of supporting us at every turn of the complicated process of buying a house. She was also very easy to get ahold of at any time and always responsive when we reached out. Not only did she know all the ins and outs of the process of home-buying but she did a great job of helping us understand the process, even though we were first time home-buyers and probably knew a lot less than most people. When it came time to purchase a place, her negotiating skills helped us get a good price, even in the super-competitive market of early 2021! ★★★★★
"Lauren consistently exceeded my expectations for an agent. She was always friendly, easy to reach, helped at every step of the way and always went the extra mile. Not only was she very knowledgeable, she always explained all my options clearly and provided excellent advice. She was instrumental in negotiating a reasonable price for the property and actively acted in my best interest rather than her own. I highly recommend her." - SimonDanner0

"Lauren was our buying agent for our recent south philly home purchase. We could not be happier. She was very knowledgeable and responsive. Over all a pleasure to work with." - Jasmine A.

"I had the pleasure of not only working with Lauren to buy my new home but in selling my old home as well. Lauren is calming, responsive, and willing to do what it takes to find the house that is the right one for YOU. She is honest and will give you feedback that helps you make the best possible decision while making such a huge investment. She also has a great team of people around her to help get the job done, and make great referrals. When selling, she really uses her great reasoning and negotiation skills to get you the best possible price, and really understands how to market your home so it is a standout among the rest. I adored working with her, and give her my highest recommendation. She provides the ultimate human element when dealing with the inevitable unknowns real estate throws your way, and I appreciated her so much through the whole process. Thank you, Lauren!." -agunn24

About Lauren
Lauren considers herself a city girl, exclusively. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh where she attended the public high school for the arts, and received her BA from Temple. Philadelphia has been “home” since 2008: she got her first professional position here, got married here and started her family here. She knows what Philadelphia offers whether you are a young professional or a new family. She has always combined her passions of bicycling and exploring different pockets of Philly and learning what makes each of them special. Knowing the “what” in each neighborhood from cafes to dining to bespoke shops and schools is what you can expect from her.

Lauren has been in high end sales for the last ten years. She’s a strong negotiator, extremely decisive and efficient, but never in a rush – she knows this is your decision. Going into Real Estate was the obvious next step for her because of her innate way with sales and her appreciation of the value of homeownership. Lauren bought her first home when she was 24 years old. It was a flip in a changing South Philly neighborhood. One baby and seven years later she sold that home, made a great profit and moved to (hopefully) her forever home: a historic Queen Village house built in 1783 -- now with two babies! Lauren understands the help that first time homeowners need, and the stressors to be avoided so her clients have a positive experience. Whether it’s new construction or a historic piece of Philadelphia, Lauren uses her first-hand knowledge and the resources from the City Block Team to give her clients the very best advice and representation.
